Reports
Weekly or monthly digests: scheduling, generating on demand, the report sections, Download PDF, and JSON export.
Reports are weekly or monthly digests written from the project's own records — tasks, audit runs, Search Console, GA4, authority snapshots, and AI answers. They explain what happened without asking anyone to reconstruct it from charts.
Generating reports
Turn on Scheduled reports in Project Settings and choose Weekly or Monthly. A digest is written automatically once each period closes, in the project's timezone.
Choose Generate report on the Reports page to write one now. An on-demand report covers the period your schedule uses: the last seven days for a weekly cadence, the last month for a monthly one.
While a report is being written its row reads Generating or Queued; open it and the sections fill in live. A Failed report shows the reason.
The Reports page
The most recent ready report is featured at the top with its period, domain, opening summary, a facts strip (tasks resolved, wins, referring domains, AI questions cited, tasks waiting on you), and a headline band. Earlier reports are listed below with a one-line summary, their period, a cadence chip, and their status.
Reading a report
A report opens as a document led by the project's domain, title, period, and generation date, followed by a headline band: Organic clicks, Impressions, Sessions, Key events, Revenue, Referring domains, and AI questions cited, each with its change against the previous period. Metrics that need a connection you have not made are left out rather than shown as zero.
The sections, in order:
- What needs you next — tasks blocked on you and the next priorities.
- Goals — active and achieved goals.
- Organic search — Search Console clicks, impressions, and position.
- Traffic and conversions — GA4 sessions, key events, and revenue when connected.
- Site health — audit runs and their outcome.
- Authority and presence — authority rank, referring domains, and listing status.
- AI visibility — questions tracked, questions cited, and open opportunities.
- Work completed and in progress — tasks by bucket and status.
- Measured outcomes — what verification and measurement windows concluded.
- Provider usage — paid evidence collected in the period.
- Activity — a count of everything recorded.
Every section is written in sentences and links to the tasks it mentions by number. If an outcome is not yet measurable, the report says so instead of claiming impact.
Sharing a report
Download PDF prints the report through your browser's print dialog. The printed page carries only the project's own domain and branding, so it can go straight to a client. Choose Export JSON when a data export is available for the report.
Email and channel delivery are not currently active; reports stay in the workspace.
