Billing and project access

SERPclimber Core is one subscription that scales by site and by metered usage. A project is one website.

What Core includes

Core costs $149 per month or $1,428 per year and includes one site. Each additional site costs $69 per month or $660 per year.

Every active site gets the full workspace: Tasks, Performance across search, GA4, AI answers, and Authority, Audit, Reports, automation, integrations, MCP access, and every autonomy mode. Chat is unlimited across your projects. There are no feature tiers.

The shared usage pool

Live AI questions are pooled across all active sites and reset each billing period:

• Live AI questions — 500 per site. One question can check any engines you select from Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude. A safety limit caps each site at 100 engine checks per day.

Settings → Billing shows the pool with each site's share. Nothing is charged beyond the pool unless you turn on Allow overages and set a Monthly spending cap; live questions then pause at the cap instead of exceeding it. Overage pricing is $0.50 per extra live question.

Automatic paid AI-answer checks and Authority evidence are governed separately by each project's Monthly evidence budget in Project Settings. Live questions do not draw from that budget.

Active and read-only projects

Active sites collect fresh evidence, run audits and scans, use the assistant, and execute policy-approved tasks.

A site removed from the plan stays active until the end of the paid term and then becomes read-only. Read-only projects keep their settings, evidence, tasks, receipts, and reports; paid scans, actions, and automation pause. Read-only is not archived, and removing a site from billing never deletes its records.

Adding, removing, and swapping sites

If your subscription has an unused site position, a new project uses it at no charge. Otherwise SERPclimber shows the exact prorated charge before adding capacity, and the project activates once payment is confirmed.

Removing a site takes effect at renewal and can be undone before then. The last site cannot be removed on its own; cancel Core or Schedule a site swap instead. A swap changes which project uses the paid position at renewal without changing the price.

Archiving a project does not change billing. Its position stays available for another project.

Cancellation

Cancelling Core takes effect at the end of the paid period. Every project then becomes read-only and new chat messages stop; nothing is deleted. Reactivate at any time to resume, and undo a scheduled cancellation before renewal from Settings → Billing.
