# How it works

SERPclimber is an SEO automation platform built around **Projects**. It helps you discover Opportunities, generate optimized Drafts, and run Experiments to see what actually improves your rankings.

## The core loop

Everything in SERPclimber happens within a **Project**.

1. **Pages**: SERPclimber syncs your Google Search Console data to build an inventory of your pages and the keywords they rank for.
2. **Experiments**: You add high-potential Pages to Experiments. SERPclimber generates optimized Drafts.
3. **Publishing**: You review the Drafts and publish them to your site.
4. **Measurement**: SERPclimber tracks the Experiment content against the baseline.
5. **Decisions**: Once enough evidence is collected, you confirm the winner or revert the loser.

## Automation

You can run the entire loop manually, or you can use **Autopilot** to automate parts of the workflow. Autopilot can add top Opportunities to Experiments, generate Drafts, and even auto-revert losers or auto-confirm winners based on your policies.
