# Workspace Settings

Settings contains account security, billing, global defaults, and secure integration connections used by projects.

## Account security

Account settings shows your verified email and sign-in methods. You can verify or change your email, change or enroll a password, link or unlink Google, remove a password when Google remains connected, and sign out other sessions. Sensitive sign-in changes require a current password or a fresh sign-in.

Email changes take effect only after you verify the new address. SERPclimber then reconciles the verified address to Stripe without delaying the local account change if Stripe is temporarily unavailable.

## Billing

Billing shows the Core subscription, renewal date, active and read-only project assignments, pooled usage, and overage protection. It also opens Stripe for payment methods and invoices. See [Billing and project access](/documentation/account/billing-and-project-access) for the complete rules.

## Workspace defaults

The **Project Defaults** tab groups inherited values into **Page Defaults** and **Experiment Defaults**. Page defaults cover Opportunity criteria and data refresh. Experiment defaults cover concurrency and decision windows. A project uses a workspace value only when it has no project override.

Changing a workspace default can affect future behavior in several projects. The confirmation summarizes the changed fields; running experiments are not silently rewritten.

## Integrations

Create and repair Google Search Console, Wix, and Cloudflare connections in the secure Integrations screen. Projects bind to specific resources from those connections in Project Settings. AI and research providers are managed by SERPclimber.

Secrets and OAuth credentials are never shown in Chat or documentation. Chat can inspect connection status, diagnose a missing binding, and navigate to secure setup.

Account, billing, and team management are not executable Chat capabilities.
